An active competitor himself, Coach Chris has won several competitions in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Kickboxing. He also serves as Director of Fitness, Martial Arts & Wellness at The Synergy Center, as well as director of the Synergy Martial Arts Competition Team.
