A heart attack survivor from the age of 39, Belldon has made it a life’s mission to understand health at its core. Over the last 20 years, Belldon has helped thousands reverse chronic diseases and transform their lives through nutritional healing. However, Belldon has also learned that true transformation extends beyond just the plate, and into the thoughts, psychology, habits, and even environments.
